Jack Frederick (b. 2006) is a rising composer and saxophonist, currently studying classical composition at New England Conservatory under prof. Michael Gandolfi. In 2026, Frederick was named a winner of the CWU New Music Festival Call for Scores as well as the SCI Region VI call for scores, a finalist in the Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle’s Music Madness, a participant in both the Boston and the NYC edition of songSLAM, among other awards.

During the summer of 2026, Jack will be attending Arts Letters and Numbers’ Creative Music Intensive, as well as receiving premieres from multiple professional new music ensembles.
